Steve was happy to be asked to host The Money Shop Conference & Spirit Awards at the Norbreck Castle Hotel, Blackpool in September 2014.

Over 600 employees attended, and they packed the Ballroom for the Expo. They were entertained by various walkabout characters, and had a chance to enjoy all the delights of the seaside! Guests were then invited to take their seats in the Norcalympia for the conference. The theme was "Moving on up" and Steve was the host / facilitator for the afternoon. After an audience warm up from Steve, it was down to business. Steve introduced each of the Directors who gave a presentation. MD - Sanjiv Corepal made quite an entrance in a car!

After a cocktail reception, Norcalympia was transformed for the evening.

Just after dinner, there was a cheque presentation to chosen charity - Help for Heroes. The Money Shop's Dave Leverton was delighted to hand over a cheque for £40,000.

In celebration of such a fantastic amount being raised, David Brent taught three of the guests his famous dance!

There was a "Stars In their Eyes" performance from some staff members, which everyone enjoyed.

It was then time for the Spirit Awards 2014.

It was then over to Lionel Vinyl to keep guests partying till the early hours!
