Steve has hosted both the Oyster Festival since its inaugural event in 2004 and the Lobster Fest (now the Lobster Charity Ball) since 2006. Staged at Hardwick Hall, it grows in popularity every year. It is now the most high profile event, and must have ticket in the North East social calendar. It has been described as “Like a day at Ascot without the horses!“ In 2015, the Oyster Festival went “On tour”. The venue was the Rugby World Cup fanzone in Science Central, Newcastle.
