June
2010 saw Steve host the Midsummer Great Escape in the grounds
of the beautiful Prestwold Hall, Loughborough in Leicestershire.
It was a three day event with entertainment all weekend.
It is also the Golden Jubilee year of the Motor Caravanners'
Club. Steve was once again, asked by Warner Publications
to link the main Saturday evening entertainment together
with comedy and songs. Top of the bill were "The winner
takes it all" who as the name suggests, do an Abba
set, but surprised everyone with a very good Bee Gees spot. |

Permission
to use the land was very kindly granted by Edward and Juliet
Packe-Drury-Lowe, the proprietors of Prestwold Hall. Edward
and Juliet actually attended the show! It is easy to see
why Prestwold Hall is becoming one of the most sought after
venues for weddings and events in the Midlands. For more
