Steve was delighted to be asked to host the CIH "Celebrating the Region" Awards on April 1st 2014 at Newcastle Civic centre. The banqueting suite looked stunning, as the great and the good of housing gathered for the inaugural awards.
There were two benefiting charities on the evening; The NURU Fund and The Child Poverty Action Group. The generosity of guests saw £3735 raised. It was split between the two very worthy charities.

There were many worth winners on the evening. None more so, than the Lifetime Achievement recipient - from Gentoo; Peter Walls
Everyone who attended, agreed that the evening was a massive success, and looks forward to the 2015 event.
